Our collision and claim consultants (or auto body estimators) will lead you through the entire vehicle repair process after an accident, acting as a liaison between you, the insurance company, and the parts vendors.

Fibreglass is a type of fiber reinforced plastic using glass fiber. The fibers are randomly arranged, flattened and woven into glass cloth. A mixture of resin and hardener is mixed and is applied to the woven matting to make it strong and light weight.

Plastic repair(s) or Plastic welding is the process of joining softened thermoplastic surfaces using heat. Mostly used on bumper repairs, once the shape has been reformed it is finished in regular Bondo and sanded to the shape required.

Composite repairs are performed on damaged laminate structures, fibre reinforced composites and other composite materials. The bonded composite repair reduces stresses in the damaged region and prevents cracks from opening or growing.

This is a fiberglass reinforced filler that provides the performance needed to repair and refinish products manufactured in the SMC process. It repairs cracks, tears, dents and holes in trucks and motor homes. It can also be used for finishing these substrates and for the same type of repairs on fiberglass and steel.

Sand blasting involves smoothing, shaping, and cleaning hard surfaces by forcing solid particles across the surface at high speed, similar to using sandpaper with even more finish.

Frame Alignment and Straightening

After a low-velocity collision, your vehicle frame might be a bit out of shape. We have specialized equipment to realign your frame to its original shape. This makes the frame machine one of our most important state-of-the-art pieces of equipment.

Collision and Claim Consulting

Our collision and claim consultants, also known as auto body estimators, lead our customers through the entire process of getting their vehicle repaired after an accident. They act as the liaison between you, your insurance company, and parts vendors to ensure the repair process goes smoothly and is completed correctly. Our estimators take care of our customers from the beginning to delivery — estimates, ordering parts, sending supplements, following it through the shop, updating the customer, and final quality control inspection.

Fibreglass, Plastic, Composite, and SMC Repair

Fibreglass is a type of fiber reinforced plastic using glass fiber. A mixture of resin and hardener is applied to woven matting to make it strong and lightweight. Plastic repair (plastic welding) joins softened thermoplastic surfaces using heat — mostly used on bumper repairs, then finished in regular Bondo and sanded to shape.

Sand Blasting

Sand blasting is also known as abrasive blasting, the process of smoothing, shaping and cleaning a hard surface by forcing solid particles across it at high speeds. The effect is similar to using sandpaper, but provides a more even finish with no problems at corners or crannies.
